Eric Johnson - Vice President/ General Manager Eric is the fanatic driving the YJ shown above. He's a competitive rock crawler who has earned the respect of his peers with his off-road exploits and products he has developed for them. Eric is a mechanical engineering graduate from Michigan Tech that worked for several years at Stryker and Guidant designing complex medical devices. His love for rock crawling was the spark behind his own business, Rev1, which has now evolved into Rev111. He now leads Rev111, and his passion for the trail continues to inspire rock solid products. Phil Burke - VP Product Dev & Manufacturing Here is another geniune rock crawling enthusiast that brings our innovative designs to life. His fabrication skills are second to none. Phil's creativity and quick prototyping skills have allowed Rev111 to bring new products to fruition at light speed. He earned his mechanical engineering degree from Cal Poly S.L.O. After working at Guidant Corp. for 13 years, he started his own successful business, Burkebuilt Motorsports, designing and building products for the automotive and off-roads markets. Shinoo Mapleton - President/CEO Shinoo, a veteran of the automotive industry since '85, cut his mechanical engineering teeth while working at the Pontiac Fiero assembly plant. This Kettering University (GMI) grad has also worked for 3M Co and the BBA Group in various engineering and management capacities. Shinoo is a successful serial entrepreneur who has started 3 different businesses. His free time is spent chasing after his family. Debra Lewis - Customer Service Representative Debra has 15 years of experience in the customer service field. She worked for General Motors Acceptance Corp for 10 years as a customer service rep and also as a customer service supervisor. She also spent several years with Citicorp in the auto finance division. Debra has spent most of her career resolving customer service issues in the auto finance industry. Brian Eyerman - Technical Associate Brian is a genuine car and off-road enthusiast. He is living out his dream, working with cars, and loves every second of it. His attention to detail while collecting data with our CMM has been a great asset to our product development. Brian has a passion for driving, no matter what the car, but he has a particular soft spot for his e34 M5.
