 | | “Coordinate Measurement Machines transmit x, y and z coordinate information that allows complex shapes to be mapped using CAD programs. That data allows precise and quick development of parts.” – Steve Campbell, Peterson’s 4Wheel & Off Road.
Input from the CMM is turned into a virtual jeep body. Computer Aided Drawing programs are used to construct MetalCloak parts that are fitted to the jeeb body we measured. We are able to configure our fenders, rockers and bumpers to align perfectly with the stock jeep body, your jeep body and any other jeep body that comes along.
This swift and accurate technology enabled Rev111 to debut TJ parts after only three months of research and development. A few minor design changes made the prototypes perfect and ready to go into mass production. Advanced technology in the hands of professional engineers results in superior product and ultimately, more fun for you on the trail. We hope you feel confident in the quality and fit of Rev111 products, and see this as proof of the commitment to innovation and excellence that Rev111 has made. Rock crawling rigs demand strength and adaptation, and will push drivers to the limit. We take this to heart and have made stength and adaptation a goal for our products. |
